The Pacific NorthWest Rally Championship is back for 2013!

The events that are counting for 2013 are the two Olympus regionals, the three Oregon Trail regionals, the two Rally Idaho regionals, and the Mt. Hood Rally. This totals 18 coefficients, so using our usual 2/3 ratio, an entrant's best 12 coefficients will count for the championship.
